Our story began long before AROSEÈ was officially founded.

It started with our father, Roger, Ph.D. in fine chemical engineering, who studied in Asia and later in the U.K. With deep expertise in formulation and fragrance chemistry, he devoted his career to exploring how scent, texture, and science could come together to nurture both the skin and the senses.

Alongside him was our mother, Ariadne, a lifelong specialist in aromatherapy and botanical wellness. She mastered the art of harnessing nature’s purest essences — transforming plants into delicate, therapeutic aromas that soothe the mind and restore the skin’s natural balance.

Together, they spent over three decades perfecting formulas that unite fragrance and function, nature and science — creating skincare that is beautifully scented, purely natural, and truly effective. Their shared dedication became the foundation of our philosophy:

As daughters, Angelina and Roseanna, we grew up immersed in the gentle rhythm of formulation and the quiet poetry of essential oils — learning from an early age that true beauty is born from balance, patience, and care.

We chose to carry this legacy forward, blending our family’s scientific heritage with a modern vision of mindful, global beauty. Our name, AROSEÈ, is formed from who we are — “AR” from Angelina, and “ROSE” from Roseanna — a reflection of sisterhood, lineage, and the union of individuality and harmony.

AROSEÈ is also inspired by the rose, the most cherished symbol of purity, resilience, and love. Ariadne has always loved white roses — their quiet elegance and calm strength became the soul of our creations, inspiring our signature Rose Essence, the heart of our collection.
