Returns & Refunds
Yes, refunds are available only for unopened products returned within 7 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened, we cannot accept a return for safety and hygiene reasons.
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product remains unopened and in its original packaging.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
