Thank you for choosing Aroseè Cosmetics. We partner with Shopify Shipping to provide you with the best possible rates and reliable delivery worldwide. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Free-Shipping Offers

  • Shopify Partnership Rates: We calculate shipping costs at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination, using our discounted Shopify Shipping rates.

  • Free Shipping:

    • U.S.: Free Shipping.

    • International: Complimentary shipping on orders of $128 USD or more.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We work with trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) to deliver your Aroseè products safely.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or carrier disruptions.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International Orders: Recipients are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country.

  • Customs Delays: Please allow additional time for customs processing. We cannot expedite customs clearance.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package directly with the carrier using the provided link.


6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging and contact us at customer@aroseecosmetics.com within 7 days for assistance.
  • Lost Shipments: If tracking indicates non-delivery after a carrier's estimated transit time, please reach out so we can open an inquiry on your behalf.
  • Carrier-Confirmed Delivery: If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and file a claim on your behalf. In such cases, a one-time courtesy replacement shipment may be offered at our discretion. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or additional reshipment once a replacement has been sent. We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
